Home Health Aide

Your dedicated home health aide will visit you at home and assist with ADL or mobility. Assured Care Health Services, LLC also includes Safety Supervision and Companionship which are essential in any home health care program.

Our Home Health Aides are trained to provide the following services in the client’s home:

• AM and PM Care
• Bathroom or Shower Assistance
• Personal Laundry and Linen Changes
• General Symptom Monitoring
• Transportation to Social Functions
• Incontinent Care
• Assistance with ADLs
• Running Errands for the Client
• Transfer Assistance and Mobility Support
• Assisting the Client with Light Exercises at Home
