Assured Care Health Services, LLC offers physical therapy, social work, occupational therapy and speech therapy, skilled nursing, and home health aide services to patients in their homes. We give you a convenient alternative to admission in a rehab center, assisted living or your home.

In your home, you have better control over the level of care that you get. We collaborate with you in designing your care plan and will even coordinatewith your physician to ensure that the care being provided is attuned to what they prescribed.
